Big news: CBSE and ICSE results will be released before July 15
The central government has submitted a new affidavit regarding the CBSE board exam on the order of the Supreme Court. According to the new affidavit, the results of both CBSE and ICSE will be declared before July 15.
CBSE has said that 12th class students can give the exam later. If they choose such an option, only the numbers obtained in the examination will be final. Assessment numbers will not be added.
Approving the affidavit of CBSE, the Supreme Court has allowed the board to issue notifications. With this, it was also confirmed that the CBSE examinations to be held on July 1 to 15 have now been canceled.
This is special in the affidavit
- SG has said in the court that if the situation does not improve then there will be no exam.
- We have given the option to the students, if the conditions are normal then they can give the exam.
- In case of normal circumstances, students will be given two weeks time by issuing notifications.
- ICSE also told the Supreme Court that it can later give the option of giving exams to students of class 10.
- ICSE will provide its average score formula on the website in the coming weeks.
- For 12th students who will be happy with the result till July 15, the exam will not be necessary for them. But students who will not be happy with the number of assessment can give the exam. The number of examinations of the students who give the exam will be considered as final. Assessment numbers will not be added.
This will be the assessment of CBSE
- The average of the three best papers of students who have given more than three papers so far will be extracted and these numbers will be given in the remaining paper.
- Students who have given three papers so far will get an average of two of their best papers and these numbers will be given for the remaining paper.
- Students who have given only two papers so far, their practical exam will be combined and the average will be extracted.
- The ICSE board will make its assessment public in a week.
12th exam decision
- The Supreme Court also rejected the demand to set a deadline for the 12th standard exam.
- In the hearing held on Thursday, the Central Government had informed the apex court about the decision of the CBSE Board to cancel the Class X and XII examinations. After this, the court had asked the Central Government to give a new affidavit to clarify many things including the timeline and the result deadline.
